Welcome to Xi Phi Chapter

We are known as the Harlem Ques.
The brothers of the Xi Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., welcomes you to our website. Xi Phi is a community-based organization that promotes scholarly attainment, fights against hate and racism, advocates for voting rights, and provides much needed programs and services to the Harlem community and beyond.

Xi Phi was chartered on Thursday, November 11, 1926, in Harlem, New York, during the height of The Harlem Renaissance. For nearly a century, we have stood as a collection of college-educated men committed to service by leveraging our cardinal principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift; we remain dedicated to empowering the communities we serve.
